Quality Assurance

Perfection Servo prioritizes matching repair quality to the specific demands of your production environment, regularly upgrading our testing facilities to stay in line with the highest industry standards. Our thorough testing in industrial and automation repair includes a 12-month warranty for our clients, and we issue a detailed test report with each repair, demonstrating how the unit functioned during testing.

Moreover, our state-of-the-art testing practices are enhanced by comprehensive reports for each repair, outlining the testing procedures and findings. For assessed repairs, we present exact quotes, detailing what is needed to restore the unit to either meet or surpass OEM standards. These detailed reports are crucial for maintenance teams to trace and resolve the root causes of failures.

Repair Process

  1. Receiving: All parts are carefully unpacked, logged, and photographed upon receipt. Our system gathers all essential technical, order, and customer details to fully understand the repair scope. A tracking barcode is applied to each part to track it through the entire repair journey.
  2. Evaluation: Parts are then sent to the appropriate department for in-depth evaluation.
  3. Quoting: After evaluation, our Inside Sales team contacts you with a comprehensive repair quote for your review and approval. This quote specifies the actions required to return the unit to OEM standards and identifies any issues discovered.
  4. Approval: Following your repair approval, the job is assigned to the technician best suited for that specific part.
  5. Repair: The part is linked to the relevant repair and test procedures, ensuring an accurate and complete restoration. Technicians replace both the failed and high-risk components, followed by detailed testing.
  6. System/Quality Test: Once testing is completed, a Senior Technician reviews the part's performance in the test system and examines the Repair and Test Report for completeness.
  7. Test Reports: Each shipped unit comes with a Test Report, providing details on its performance during the final test. Most repairs also include an installation checklist. Our technicians are always available for installation assistance and troubleshooting.
  8. Shipping: After the repair is finalized, our system alerts the shipping department about any specific customer shipping instructions. Each repair is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives without damage.
