  4. Approval: After your confirmation, the repair is scheduled with the technician best suited to that particular component.
  5. Repair: Linked to the correct repair procedures and tests, our technicians meticulously replace both the failed components and those prone to failure, followed by rigorous testing.
  6. System/Quality Test: A Senior Technician reviews the part’s functionality in the test system and verifies the Repair and Test Report for accuracy post-testing.
  7. Test Reports: Each dispatched unit includes a Test Report, describing its performance in the final testing. Most repairs also include an installation checklist, and our technicians are always on hand to help with installation and troubleshooting.
  8. Shipping: Upon completion of repairs, our system notifies the shipping department of any unique customer shipping directives. Each repair is packed with care to avoid damage during transit.
