Repair Process

  1. Receiving: Upon arrival, parts are unpacked, cataloged, and photographed. We gather all necessary technical, order-related, and customer-specific information to ensure a comprehensive repair process. Each part is equipped with a tracking barcode for systematic monitoring.
  2. Evaluation: Each part is sent to the appropriate department for thorough evaluation.
  3. Quoting: Following the evaluation, our Inside Sales team issues a detailed repair quote for your approval, outlining the necessary work to restore the unit to OEM standards and noting any detected problems.
  4. Approval: Upon receiving your approval, the repair is assigned to the technician most qualified for that particular component.
  5. Repair: The part undergoes specific repair and testing protocols. Our technicians replace any worn or potentially faulty components, followed by a thorough testing phase.
  6. System/Quality Test: After testing, a Senior Technician assesses the part’s functionality within our test system and confirms the accuracy of the Repair and Test Report.
  7. Test Reports: Each repaired unit includes a Test Report that details its performance in the final tests. Most repairs also come with an installation checklist, and our technicians are available to assist with installation and troubleshooting.
